South Africa more than ever needs an interventions that serve the needs of people and communities. That is our vision towards creating a better civil society. The founders of the Roster Home of Safety have been working in the field of individual and community development through education and training, corporate social responsibility and stakeholder relations management. A combined 30+ years. Experience of working with disadvantage communities, is the reason we decided to establish this initiative to assist on developing the black people.

Through all that experience we saw a need and desire to impact and change peoples’ lives towards sustainable self - reliance and independence. Empowering people not to lose hope but to stand up and claim their place and space in all spheres of life learning, skills development and providing the necessary resources and mentorship

Roster Home of Safety is newly established Non Profit Organisation (NPO Reg No. 262-371NPO) based in East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa. Our focus is to capacitate and mentor other NPO’s and mobilize communities towards sustainable and responsible development, provide HIV,TB & STI prevention, provide social & behavior change. We believe in transformation from poverty to hope, obstacles to opportunities, oppression to triumph. At Roster Home of Safety we embrace the rich diversity our country and champion individuals and organisations who steadfastly remain committed to the breaking of the cycle of marginalization and poverty in South Africa.
